When you win O&M contracts and need work orders, PM Surya Ghar tracking, or a portal with your brand on it, you can move to Growth in one click. All your data comes with you.

The first 500 EPCs who join Growth get 40% off for 12 months. We also move your data in from spreadsheets or your current tool, free of charge. Your price stays locked for 24 months, even if list prices go up later. The offer ends when the timer reaches zero or all 500 seats are taken, whichever comes first.

Your team updates each application's stage in SynergyOT as it moves ahead. The platform does the rest: the plant owner sees the latest status on their portal and gets a WhatsApp message at every step, so they do not need to call you. When the government releases an official PM Surya Ghar API, we will connect to it so stages update on their own.

A site is one solar installation with its own meter, such as a rooftop, a ground mount, or a carport. All inverters, meters, and sensors at that place belong to that one site. An end customer is the plant owner who logs into the customer portal. Spark allows 1 end customer login per site; Growth and Scale allow 2 per site. Need more? Extra end customer logins are ₹100 per user per month on Growth and Scale. EPC team logins are separate: 1 on Spark, 3 on Growth, and up to 25 on Scale. Extra EPC user logins are ₹200 per user per month on Growth and Scale.

Both X3EDGE devices connect over WiFi or 4G. For 4G, add the Airtel IoT SIM bundle when you order the device. The 100 MB per month data plan is ₹130 per SIM card per month, billed 12 months upfront (₹1,560 per SIM for the year), and is on the Airtel network only for now, with more networks coming soon. The data plan is optional and chosen at ordering; you can also top up more from the portal. A one time SIM setup fee of ₹500 applies per SIM card, and bundles ship with X3EDGE-N series hardware at a minimum order of just 1 unit for now. You can also use your own SIM instead, in which case you manage the data yourself.

For a rooftop with one inverter, use Xeeed IO's X3EDGE-SOLINV. It connects over RS485 Modbus and reads up to 25 data points. For bigger sites with many inverters and meters, use the X3EDGE-N family. It supports Modbus RS485, RS232, GPIO and analog input, and connects up to 31 inverters, meters, or sensors with up to 100 data points in total. Both reach the cloud over WiFi or 4G, and both come ready to use with SynergyOT. Dataloggers from other brands also work over open Modbus, and Scale can map unusual meters and gateways too.

Yes, on the Scale plan. If your sites already report to an inverter maker's cloud, such as Growatt or Solis, we can connect to that portal's API on request. Your data flows into SynergyOT without adding new hardware at the site.

Yes. Moving in from spreadsheets or your current tool is free with the launch offer. If your current platform offers API access, share it with us and Xeeed IO migrates your sites, customers, and history for you.

MNRE is setting common rules for datalogger firmware, communication, and security under PM Surya Ghar. We are building this support into SynergyOT: standard telemetry mapping, secure connections with certificates, device identity using IMEI and M2M SIMs, and data push to the national portal. This MNRE integration is coming soon on every plan. When MNRE updates the rules, we update the software. You do not pay extra, and you do not need to test your IoT devices again.

Your data stays on servers in India, always. SynergyOT is built, hosted, and supported in India, which also meets the MNRE data localisation rule. Plant and customer data is never sent to overseas platforms. Access is role based, so people only see what their role allows. KYC documents such as Aadhaar and PAN are stored with masking, so full ID numbers are never shown on screen. Scale adds a full audit log of who did what, and when.

Every plan includes an AI assistant built into SynergyOT. You can ask it about your sites, alerts, and reports in plain language. Each plan comes with a monthly token wallet, 100 tokens on Spark, 500 on Growth, and 1000 on Scale, and the wallet refills every month. If you use it heavily and run low, you can top up more tokens from the portal.

Growth has three simple parts, all billed monthly and shown live in the estimator. One, a per site fee of ₹499, discounted to ₹299 per site on annual commitment under the launch offer, with further site volume discounts from 10 sites. Two, IoT devices at ₹100 per device per month, with slab discounts as you add more (₹90 from 50 devices, ₹80 from 150, ₹70 from 300). Three, optional extras: extra end customer logins at ₹100 each, a white label portal, REST API, and NOC big screen. Growth runs from a minimum of 5 sites up to 250 sites, includes 365 days of history, and GST is added on the invoice.

The launch price of ₹299 per site applies on an annual commitment. Without a commitment, monthly billing is ₹499 per site. Either way you can add the plan to cart and order it; our team confirms the terms by email.

Yes. When you order an X3EDGE device you can add an extended warranty: 1 year at 15% of device cost, 3 years at 10% of device cost per year, or 5 years at 7% of device cost per year. It is a one time charge per device, added at ordering, and shown as its own line in the cart. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by the user or EPC, spectrum or network discontinuation, changes in government regulations, or other issues outside the manufacturer's control. The warranty period starts on the day of cloud provisioning, or 3 months from the invoice date, whichever is earlier.
